Eighteen years ago two bright sparks of the 14th NDA Course set out to create history and thus was born the first of now many copycat officers' associations –– of the erstwhile cadets of the National Defence Academy, Kharakvasla. Ramesh Vasudev and Krishen Sethi with their enthusiasm and dynamic energies founded the 14th NDA Course Officers Association.
