The Organisation hereby constituted is a body operating within Europe representing a community known as the Sattavis Gam Patidar whose ancestry originated from gams (villages) from the Charotar in the State of Gujarat which are members from time to time of Shree Charotar Moti Sattavis Leva Patidar Samaj registered under number F/395/Kheda as a charitable institution in the State of Gujarat or gams recognised by this Organisation (each such gam is herein referred to as an ‘Associated Gam').
