The 911TLC website has a new look for 2009 and we have a new direction. All of us here at 911TLC are instructors and are currently working full-time in the Public Safety 911 World. This has made it difficult for us to provide the customer service that we would expect to provide to our customers. During our first two years, we have met wonderful professional dispatchers from all over the United States.
