The Bureau is the local tourism association representing the Tablelands Regional Council area of Tropical North Queensland - Australia. It was formed in 1986 under the auspices of the former four Local Government Authorities governing the geographic region of the Atherton Tablelands. Since it's incorporation, the Bureau has slowly evolved by encouraging the private sector to take greater responsibility for the ongoing need to promote and market our tropical paradise.
