In 1987 Dale Dale Schulz founded Schulz Homes Corporation. In the last two decades, Shulz Homes has built some of the finest custom homes in Loudoun and Fauquier counties in Virginia.
Recently Dale Schulz founded Virginia Renewable Energy, a division of Schulz Homes Corporation and Hybrid Custom Homes which offers renewable energies like solar, power, and geothermal energy as an alternative power source for homes.
Dale strongly believes renewable energy offers the best alternative to the problem of global warming, as buildings alone contribute 30% of the overall global warming problem. The problem of global warming is real and we must act now.
Dale grew up in Vienna, Virginia. He attended Oakton High School and graduated from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy with a B.S. degree. He also earned a Masters of Business Administration degree from George Washington University. He lives in the Middleburg area.
