13express is the name of a new site to promote group collaboration. By installing tools such as group wikis, blogs and applications for project accomplishment we hope to provide an accessible portal to our members that can be reached from any internet access point. We desire solutions to achieve project goals. We need the tools to help us succeed. Whether it be a Mac, a PC, Ruby, Perl, or Rails we will use what works.
